There’s definitely not one particular process to be followed when attempting to make money with online forex trading. Always decide when you will jump ship on a loser and at what profit margin point you will take the cash before any forex trade. Do your market research and work out when to place a stop on a trade. If you conclude that the stop point could be too expensive, then don’t enter that forex trade. Make sure you strictly follow your profit taking point. A successful online forex trader will keep their losses small and take their profits often.


Paying attention to the market is king. Make sure you only enter or exit a forex trade based on good researched market information. If the market changes direction then you should too, so up to date information is the only kind of information a successful forex trader would act on.


There are times when, due to a lack of liquidity or excessive volatility, you should not trade at all. Similarly don’t even consider an online forex trade when you are sick, you will find yourself making rash decisions when the market shifts and will generally find yourself unreliable.


Your customized forex trading system for an up market might not necessarily work for a down market, and a system molded to trends and range bound markets will usually fail in other markets. So create a tailor made system for each online forex trading market.


You will always see a pattern for any Up market and down market, the key here is to look for dominant trends. Therefore select trades that move with the trends, this is a super online forex trading tip!

In the blow-out stage of the trading market, both up or down, the risk managers are usually issuing margin call position liquidation orders. They rarely check the screen to see what`s overbought or oversold; they just keep issuing liquidation orders. Just don’t get in their way!


Learn to trust your instincts. If you think a forex trade doesn’t feel right, don’t trade.

Being superstitious can save you money, so listen to yourself.


Listen to the rumors, (no smoke without fire) they could make you allot of money. A forex trading guru would buy when he here’s a rumor and sell when he hears the news.

The first tick and the last tick will always be the most expensive, so enter the market late and exit the market early. And distance yourself from trading in the direction of any gap, whether its opening or closing.

Once you realize everyone is in, it’s the right time to grab the money and run. If any type of stock or currency has been over bought, it’s time to jump ship as the boat is about to sink.
